1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using GymPro ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
GymPro is a cloud-based gym management platform that provides tools for member management, attendance tracking, billing, trainer assignment, and analytics. The Service is provided on a subscription basis with various plan tiers.
3. Account Registration
When creating an account, you agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete information
- Maintain the security of your account credentials
- Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
4. Subscription and Payments
Subscriptions are billed on a monthly basis. All plans include a 7-day free trial. You may cancel your subscription at any time. Payments are processed securely through Razorpay. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis within 7 days of payment.
5. Data Ownership
You retain full ownership of all data you enter into GymPro, including member records, payment history, and gym information. We do not claim ownership over your data. You may export or delete your data at any time.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for any illegal purpose
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service
- Interfere with or disrupt the Service infrastructure
- Upload malicious code or content
- Resell or redistribute the Service without authorization
7. Service Availability
We strive for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform scheduled maintenance with advance notice. We are not liable for any downtime or service interruptions beyond our control.
8. Limitation of Liability
GymPro is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the preceding 12 months.
